Long lasting, reusable and full of information - SPIES smart turns ordinary injection-moulded items into smart packaging solutions and multifunctional data carriers. As an alternative to disposable items, this is our solution for reducing single-use plastic packaging to protect our environment.

To protect valuable resources, SPIES has developed the solution for digitalised reusable products. The endlessly rewritable RFID chip (NFC/UHF) is completely encased in the plastic thanks to our innovative production technology and thus optimally protected against moisture, damage or removal. The information on the chip can be read by all common reading devices, such as your own smartphone, and allows, for example, precise identification of the item. In addition, the digital watermark can be incorporated in the label or over the entire surface of the product and serve as a further data carrier, as can the tried-and-tested QR code in the print image. Thanks to the use of a "Long Life IML" label, the product can withstand even the highest loads, is durable, dishwasher-safe and offers optimum design options.
